What We Do
We provide short-term home health care to patients in the Dallas/Fort Worth area by acting as a liaison between home health agencies and therapists.
Our mission is to serve both the home health agency and the therapist equally well and in exemplary fashion. We utilize physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists as well as their corresponding assistants to provide outstanding patient care.
Due to the expanding need for home health therapy, home health agencies are frequently forced to "outsource" therapy to meet the needs of their patients. Your Therapy Source, LLC meets these needs while at the same time offering a significant convenience to the therapist. Therapists are provided access to patients from over 80 home health agencies and are allowed to pick and choose what patients they would like to take in only the areas they would like to work. We receive over 100 new patient referral requests each week for patients all over the metroplex.
By providing the home health agencies with therapists and each individual therapist with as many or few patients as he/she may want in only the locations he/she may want, both parties enjoy a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Physical Therapy
Our physical therapists specialize in acute post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, stroke recovery, balance training, and generalized strengthening. Therapy programs are specifically designed for each individual patient and take into account the entire patient including patient specific needs and any co-morbidities. Our therapists are always finding unique and innovative ways to help patients achieve their goals.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists specialize in helping patients achieve success with their daily living skills and activities. They also provide hand therapy, upper extremity strengthening, home management, and aid in the procurement of equipment to support the patient with home adjustments.
Speech Pathology/Therapy
Our speech language pathologists evaluate and treat adult neurogenic speech language disorders, cognitive disorders, and oral feeding difficulties. This includes the use of augmentative communication devices, the designing of home therapy programs, and the teaching of compensatory strategies to the patient and the caregiver.
Our well-trained and highly recommended group of home health therapists makes hundreds of visits a week and takes pride in providing goal-oriented results for every visit.
